Whether due to changes, stress, or an imbalance in life or bodily chemistry, anxiety can wreck havoc on life and relationships and get in the way of meaningful interactions. Anxiety does not have to define your life. Therapeutic interventions to decrease anxiety often include mindfulness exercises to bring a client back into the present moment so they don’t have to miss any more of life due to fear and panic.
